دولت افغانستان برای مقابله با کووید 19 پروژه ای به ارزش 100.4 میلیون دلار با منابع «صندوق توسعه سازمان ملل» طراحی نموده است. این پروژه شامل خدمات مشاوره، مدیریت و تامین تجهیزات (اعم از اکسیژن ساز، رسپیراتور و ...) برای مجموعاً 920 تخت بیمارستانی است. نکته مهم آن است که این مناقصه در  37 «لات» پراکنده شده که هر کدام از این لات ها بین تجهیزات 10 تا 100 تخت بیمارستانی را در بر می گیرند. از این روی  شرکت ها می توانند به راحتی در هر یک از این لات ها حضور یابند.  ماین مناقصه برای شرکت هایی است که در پایگاه اینترنتی خرید های بین المللی «صندوق توسعه سازمان ملل» به نشانی https://procurement-notices.undp.org ثبت نام و تکمیل پرونده نموده اند. مشخصات کلی مناقصه به شکل جدول زیر است:

با توجه به اینکه اسناد فراخوان در پایگاه UNDP موجود است، بازنشر دوباره آن در پایگاه های دیگر ممکن است با مشکلات مالکیت معنوی توام شود. از این روی فقط متن فراخوان که شامل لات ها و مراجع است اطلاع رسانی می شود.

The Ministry of Public Health of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has received financing in the amount of US$ 100.4 million equivalents from the World Bank toward the cost of the Afghanistan COVID-19 Emergency Response and Health Systems Preparedness Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, related services and consulting services to be procured under this project. The project will include the following components:

Component 1: Emergency COVID-19 Response    
Component 2: Health Care Strengthening    
Component 3: Mitigation of Social Impacts    
Component 4: Implementation Management and Monitoring and Evaluation    
Component 5: Contingent Emergency Response Component (CERC)
Procurement for the project will be carried out in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers for Goods, Works, Non-Consulting, and Consulting Services, dated July 1, 2016 (revised in November 2017 and August 2018). 

Specific procurement notices for contracts to be bid under the World Bank’s international competitive bidding (ICB) procedures and for contracts for consultancy services will be announced, as they become available, in UN Development Business, ACBAR, NPA and in local newspapers.
