The Socit Immobilire et d%Amnagement Urbain (SImAU) is a public limited company with a Board of Directors whose main shareholders are the State of Benin, BOAD, insurance companies and commercial banks. It is mandated by the State of Benin for the conduct of certain projects of the Government Action Program (PAG), in particular the program for the construction of 20,000 social and economic housing, the project management of which is ensured by the Ministry of the Framework of Life and Sustainable Development (MCVDD).

The Republic of Benin has requested and obtained from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), funds to partially finance the social housing construction program and intends to use part of these funds to make payments. under the Construction Market for 2,145 social housing units in Oudo in the municipality of Abomey-Calavi divided into five (05) lots as follows
Lot 01: Construction of 441 Type D Housing Units on Blocks 1 (273) and 2 (168)
Lot 02: Construction of 453 Type D Housing Units on Blocks 5 (181) and 9 (272)
Lot 03: Construction of 448 Type D Housing Units on Blocks 13 (288) and 14 (160)
Lot 04: Construction of 444 Type D Housing Units on Blocks 15 (93) and 16 (351)
Lot 05: Construction of 357 Housing Units on Block 12.
Tenders must include a tender guarantee in the amount of Eighty million (80,000,000) F CFA for each of the lots. Offers must remain valid for a period of one hundred and twenty-six (126 days) from the submission deadline
